“Tunisia: a local destination for Italian companies and presentation of Zarzis Business Park”

Zarzis Business Park had the honour of taking part in the economic promotion forum entitled “Tunisia: a local destination for Italian companies and presentation of Zarzis Business Park”, organised by Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo in collaboration with the Tunisian Embassy in Rome, FIPA and CEPEX, on 07 March 2023 at Confindustria’s headquarters in Rome.

Moderated by Confindustria’s Director of Africa, Massimo Zaurrini, the forum kicked off with opening speeches by the General Director, Letizia Pizzi, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Tunisian Embassy in Italy, Marwen Kablouti, and the President of the Tunisian-Italian Chamber of Commerce, Mourad Fradi.

The Forum, which was attended by many Italian business leaders, was a fruitful opportunity to take stock of investment opportunities in Tunisia and in particular in Zarzis Business Park.

Zarzis Park’s CEO and the Sales Director gave two speeches at the forum. A promotional video, specially designed for the event, was also shown.

On the fringes of this Forum, serious contacts were established between the Park’s representatives and Italian investors with a view to them setting up in the Park and benefiting from its geo-strategic position, particularly with Libya and its infrastructure, assistance and support services.

A future visit by italian businessmen delegation was scheduled thank to this event.
